Creating subheadings

Hello. Please do not create article subheadings unless you intend to add information to them.

Unless you add content to the article you started, it will be deleted on grounds of irrelevancy. I cannot imagine how anyone could write an article about travel to North Korea given the current border closure, but I'm willing to give you a day or two of grace time to write an article, after which it will likely be nominated for deletion.

If you continue to add empty article templates and headers to articles without editing constructively, your account may be nominated for a ban.
