Welcome

Hello, Lcmortensen! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.AHeneen (talk) 06:57, 15 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Abbreviations

edit

Hi. I noticed you've expanded some of the "Rd" and "St" abbreviations in listings, such as in this edit. You might not be aware that we are encouraged to use these abbreviations in listings per Wikivoyage:Abbreviations. Cheers. Nurg (talk) 06:00, 30 January 2014 (UTC)Reply

Interislander

Hi. You may have the answer at your fingertips. Do you know if the info in italics at North Island#By sea is current? cheers. Nurg (talk) 10:55, 13 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Recent edits to New Zealand

edit

Hi. Your recent edits to New Zealand included two sizeable deletions. One of them had the edit summary "moved up to get around", but the edit involved only a deletion, not a move of content. I wonder if you just made some slips. Nurg (talk) 07:54, 7 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Nurg: I forgot to put an edit summary on one of my edits. Most of the driving-related Police matters was re-written into "By motor vehicle" under "Get around", and I removed the duplication in the "Stay safe" section. Lcmortensen (talk) 08:34, 7 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
