I'm very sorry, but I reverted your first edits. The ones in Uttar Pradesh were reverted because of this site's external links#what not to link to guidelines and the historical preference for British spellings in India. The ones in Driving in the Philippines were reverted mainly because you misunderstood what a "strong car culture" means. It has nothing to do with secure vs. insecure cars.
I hope this won't put you off from editing. Perhaps you'd like to look at some articles for cities or towns you know and see if they're missing any attractions or restaurants you like or need updates in prices and so forth.
