Why is this page continually hit by spammers? I wonder what the connection between talking about the Fiji article and hawking dodgy impotence drugs is...? (WT-en) Jpatokal 01:20, 16 Dec 2005 (EST)

This is spam, revert it immediately edit

Let's see how stupid this bot is, shall we?

Seriously, not cool... edit

Whoever is adding all this negative unbalanced information about Fiji, I am quite frankly disgusted. Not to say that I think you should go to hell or anything, no not really, I just think that you must have got carried away, been bored, or let out some stress on my country. Hope you don't mind me asking; have you even been to Fiji?? This article unfairly makes Fiji look like a very horrible country. If I were you and read this I'd think "Yeah, but he's just biased because he lives there", and there's some truth to that, but good information is balanced and factual information - this article contains little of either. I suggest that if not removed or completely rewritten, this article is edited. I'd do it all myself, and probably will help, but I'm not in the habit of walking behind people and picking up their rubbish. I prefer picking the rubbish up and throwing it at them or something. In it's current state this article makes the whole of Wikivoyage look very rogue, uncontrolled, unreliable, and unresponsible, which I am sure it isn't really meant to be. Without further rambling on, PLEASE don't leave the article as it is or make it worse. Kind Regards Linus K

The article doesn't look at all bad to me (although I've cut down the rambling warning box). But if you've got some specific issues, then please plunge forward. (WT-en) Jpatokal 23:40, 20 December 2006 (EST)

Pictures edit

why is it damn near impossible to find a high resolution picture of fiji? They are all postage size pictures. Surely since the advent of digital cameras someone has gone to fiji and taken a picture of the landscape 152.78.70.31 15:53, 6 March 2007 (EST)

Verry good question. will be verry nice, and usefull to have a hight resolution map of fiji 89.33.181.90

Page banner edit

Current

Alternative

I think the current banner is a little drab. How about this one instead? —Granger (talk · contribs) 03:06, 20 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

I support the alternative. Can the current one be used somewhere else if we change to the new page banner? --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 03:16, 20 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Done. I can't find any obvious places to use the old banner, but there might be something I missed. —Granger (talk · contribs) 01:38, 26 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
Well, thanks for changing the banner! --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 04:02, 26 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

12-hour or 24-hour clock? edit

Which is more commonly used? Ground Zero (talk) 18:16, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

From memory it was 12-hour. Looking at a sample of listings (their websites) in Fiji articles seems to confirm this. Gizza (roam) 21:10, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
many thanks. Ground Zero (talk) 21:38, 3 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
