Hello, BG132792! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. New users are also welcome to post any questions or concerns to the arrivals lounge. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

Thanks a lot for your updates to the Jersey City article! By the way, do you think Just Beclaws would be a budget or mid-range restaurant in the context of Jersey City? See Talk:Jersey City for slightly more context.

All the best,

Prohibition against advertising edit

Hi. You have added so much really great content to articles about New Jersey, but the listing for the Residence Inn that you added to the Secaucus article is a textbook example of pure advertising that violates this site's don't tout policy and probably also the ban on cutting and pasting text from other sites in violation of copyright. I have deleted the listing. If you'd like to add a listing for this hotel, please make sure it closely emulates the "Good" example at Wikivoyage:Don't tout and not the "Bad" example. Thanks. Which doesn't mean give no description whatsoever, just saying. Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:07, 28 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
