Hello Kojodavid! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian, then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the Wikivoyage:Travellers' pub, as a reply below or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

Please also have a look at Wikivoyage:Copyleft. Verbatim copying from Wikipedia that includes ref tags and footnotes is not appropriate per Wikivoyage:Style, and copying from Wikipedia that is not credited in an edit summary you type in the "Summary" box below your edit screen is a violation of Wikivoyage:Copyleft and Wikipedia's Creative Commons license.

More importantly, though, if you'd like some inspiration from good itinerary articles, look at Category:Star itineraries and Category:Guide itineraries. Since driving itineraries would be particularly relevant, here are some good guide-level ones: Great Ocean Road, Istanbul to Izmir, King's Road (Finland), Natchez Trace Parkway, National Route 40 (Argentina), New Golden Route, Quebec Route 389, Route 1 (Iceland), Route 66, Trans-Labrador Highway. Each one is somewhat different from the others; see which one has the format and style that most appeals to you as a reader.

Enjoy editing! And let us know if we can help, or if you have any questions.

All the best,
