Edits to Praslin

Hi again, La petite française, and greetings. I'd like you to have a look at this edit in particular. Wikivoyage uses standard article templates with standard section headers that can't be changed in a single article. Also, if the situation in regard to language, currency and climate isn't any different than what's laid out in the Seychelles article our practice is to omit it.
