I have reverted your changes to Northern Spain, because, as per the main Spain article, Asturias is part of Green Spain on this site, and it cannot be part of both. It may also be of interest to you that there has been some discussion recently on reorganizing the regions of Spain. Please feel free to weigh in if you know the country.
