You have been banned numerous times from Wikivoyage because you have proven incapable, time and again, of contributing constructively to a travel guide. You are fond of reiterating over and over again that you have a mental illness, but at the end of the day 1) that's your problem, not ours and 2) there are many mentally ill people who are perfectly constructive contributors to this and other wikis, so clearly your disorder is not the cause of this problem anyway.
