Hello Hanruixuan1! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

• NPOV → be fair (not quite the same thing!)
• be bold → plunge forward
• Village pump → travellers' pub
• External links → We do not use a separate external links section, but incorporate primary links only into the text itself.
• sandbox → graffiti wall
• stub tagging → Article status

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

Thanks for your work on the Laiwu article! Note that every article has to use a standard article format. For that article, the Wikivoyage:Small city article template should be used. There are also matters of style, like listings of foodstuffs using bullets and not being numbered. Please allow me to re-restore the article's proper structure and proceed to reinsert content you added, as I was doing. Thank you, and please let us know if you have any questions.

One more thing: Please look at edit summaries such as this one when your work is reverted or otherwise altered. I gave you some links to policy and guideline pages you can look at. I see. But it also deleted the default pagebanner, didn't it? Thanks again, and we are likely to give you some latitude. Try to focus on things of particular interest to travelers and avoid encyclopedic content, but if there are any issues with content you add, we can always edit later if necessary, so add anything that seems interesting to you but keep the major section titles as they are. You may already know this, but ... Up at the top of every page you'll see a menu which includes a star symbol. Clicking on that star puts a pair of pages (e.g. Laiwu & Talk:Laiwu) on your watchlist so you will be automatically notified when anyone changes either page.
