Hello, Roundtheworld! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

A belated welcome and good work with Rome & its districts! AHeneen (talk) 17:07, 17 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

UserMerge edit

It's nice to see your name popping up on my watchlist! I just noticed that your account hasn't been linked with your old Wikitravel one. Would you like for me to merge your old account contributions into your new one? If so, please log in to WT and post a message on your userpage there to the effect of "I also edit under this name on Wikimedia projects," to confirm your identity, and then let me know to perform the merge. --Peter Talk 15:42, 28 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Vava'u edit

Hi! Vava'u has been nominated as a candidate for Off the Beaten Path. I notice you have created the article and are otherwise familiar with the South Pacific that probably is the least traveled part of the world outside the poles. So if you have time you could take a look at the article to see if there is something missing or something that needs to be updated. I made a little cleanup a week ago removing dead links and trying to find some information about e.g. Internet availability there, but Google is the only tool I have. Thanks! Rome/South edit

Hello Roundtheworld, thank you for your message. I'd be happy to restore the banner you suggested, but the photo https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Aqua_Claudia.JPG doesn't have the required size (minimum width of 1800 px per Banner Expedition) either: it is 1200 px, as far as I can see. Could you possibly find a large version? --Danapit (talk) 07:26, 24 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Savaii edit

Hello, Roundtheworld! I was looking at the Savaii guide, and added a few images and such. It's a very good article and would be a great Off the beaten path candidate. I see that you did most of the work to bring it up to its current status in 2011. I'd like to solicit your help in preparing it for an otbp nomination. When you have a chance, please look at Talk:Savaii, give any input you like, and/or help with some of the tasks that have been identified, if you like.

All the best,
