Templates

I see you have created at least one new template & extensively modified another. Please read Wikivoyage:Using MediaWiki templates and check that your actions fit WV policies & conventions. I've created currency templates for the NPR and ALL currencies (i.e. templates Template:NPR and Template:ALL) which were missing them as I needed to use them to list prices on the corresponding country pages for Nepal and Albania. My understanding is that all currencies should have a currency template so that prices can be consistently formatted and converted to other currencies in a mouseover. The only template I believe I've edited is Template:NPR which I originally created, but incorrectly based it on a non-standard currency template Template:GEL and I then corrected it to be follow the standard currency template (such as Template:EUR) which is implemented using Template:Currency. Well there is consensus to use currency templates and what Stilljourney is doing is more a shortcut than anything else (since it uses the same modules); nothing wrong with Stilljourney's actions. --SHB2000 (t | c | m) 23:40, 21 November 2024 (UTC)
