Hello, Green Duke Italia! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. New users are also welcome to post any questions or concerns to the arrivals lounge. If you want some practice editing, please do so on our graffiti wall. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here. If you want to contribute with information about the place where you live, see Wikivoyage:Welcome, locals.
Please also read Wikivoyage:The traveller comes first and Wikivoyage:Be fair. I'm sorry if you think measures to protect public health from COVID are "discrimination", but that opinion is (a) not about travel and (b) not helpful to travellers. Ikan Kekek (talk) 00:12, 20 July 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks for providing an update about Mykonos, now that the curfew has been listed.
- But again, kindly stop inserting your opinion on the vaccines into Wikivoyage. It's not much fun to have to repeat stuff other people have already asked you, and I promise you that I won't ask again, I'll just block you for edit warring.--ThunderingTyphoons! (talk) 15:24, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- "Discrimination" in English usually has a negative meaning, unlike in some other languages. It is assumed to be a bad thing. So calling these measures "discrimination" sounds like you are making a political argument, which we don't do in our travel guide. Ground Zero (talk) 15:44, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- I have prevented your access to editing of the Greece article for three days due to your edit warring and threatening comments to other users. To be clear, I think we can resolve wording issues if discussion is continued constructively is are content-focused. I think we want your input regarding updates to the pandemic situation, but you need to respect the consensus of the community. If people feel “discrimination” is an inappropriate word, use a different word or discuss the issue, but your (Green Duke Italia) threatening blocks for “misinformation” is not the way to go. --Comment by Selfie City (talk | contributions) 16:23, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- And you've been edit warring again. Why is it important for travellers to know that Greek policies may be changed at some as yet unannounced future date? People have been good about updating COVID testing and entry policy notices on this site in a timely fashion, so why not leave well enough alone and update when there's something new to say? I edited down your latest version, but I really think it would be best to revert again. Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:49, 2 April 2022 (UTC)
