names of cities edit
The article states "Rubavu, formerly Gisenyi" but Rubavu appears to be the name of the district that Gisenyi is in. Can someone point to an article that shows that the name of the city has changed? --Traveler100 (talk) 10:28, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
Merge all regions? edit
Given that the region articles are in a pitiful state and there aren't all that many city articles in Rwanda to begin with, should the region articles be merged here for the time being and (perhaps other) regions be created when needed? Hobbitschuster (talk) 12:34, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
