Welcome
editHello, Chengtw11! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. New users are also welcome to post any questions or concerns to the arrivals lounge. If you want some practice editing, please do so on our graffiti wall. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here. If you want to contribute with information about the place where you live, see Wikivoyage:Welcome, locals. Gizza (roam) 23:13, 29 October 2023 (UTC)
Don't tout and don't copy and paste from other sites
editHi, User:Chengtw11. This edit was obviously promotional text copied and pasted from the company's website. I noticed it and deleted it. Please read Wikivoyage:Don't tout and Wikivoyage:Copyleft, explain in your own words (in the "content" tab) what this drink is, and don't make this kind of edit again. Thanks. All my best, and please reply to this message, showing that you have read it.

- @Ikan KekekI see. Thank you Chengtw11 (talk) 05:55, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you. Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:57, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
@Chengtw11: Thank you for adding information to this article. In some of your changes, you have made errors.
- Please read Wikivoyage:Goals and non-goals: "Wikivoyage is not an encyclopedia. Though it aims to tell people how to travel all over the world, Wikivoyage does not document everything on the planet or how it ended up that way.". The text you have added an d re-added in the History section belongs in Wikipedia, but not here.
- In China articles, we use the 24-hour clock: we write "09:00-17:00".
- Address information should also be provided in English, not just in Chinese, because this is English Wikivoyage.
Please make these corrections to your work. Thank you. Ground Zero (talk) 16:26, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
@Chengtw11: why are you continuing to make these errors in the [ https://en.wikivoyage.org/w/index.php?title=Enshi&diff=4792281&oldid=4791408 Enshi] article? If you do so again, I will block you from editing. Please fix your errors. Ground Zero (talk) 04:29, 21 December 2023 (UTC)
- @Ground ZeroSorry, I'm a student and I'm learning to edit wikivoyage.I just saw your reply, I'll pay attention later. Chengtw11 (talk) 06:34, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
@Chengtw11: it is okay to make mistakes — it is how we learn. But if you keep making the same mistakes, then you are choosing not to learn. You have not fixed your mistakes on the Huanggang article, and you are making the same mistakes on the Laibin article. You continue to add detailed information like the exact size of counties and of hospitals, and you even added the numbers of people a hospital is hiring. Why would you add this informationto a travel guide? And you continue to add the city, region and country to address listings. We don't do this in Wikivoyage — see wv:listings. If I block you from editing for three days, will that get your attention? Or will you start correcting your errors? Ground Zero (talk) 13:43, 25 December 2023 (UTC)
- @Chengtw11, Piotrus: Hello? I have blocked you for one day to get your attention. I will remove the block if you agree to correct your mistakes. If I do not get an answer from you, you can return to editing in 24 hours, but if you continue to make the same mistakes, I will block you for a longer period.
