Glitches and bugs

Fixes and modifications to the Vector 2022 skin — After it got rolled out for everyone, I took it upon myself to modify Vector 2022 and fix its shortcomings on Wikivoyage, as its development team haven't been that forthcoming with attempts to address our issues. The most common problems have been addressed with these fixes, and the site-wide implementation of a set of four changesets can be voted upon:
- Realignment: Cleaning up the look of Vector 2022, and returning screen real-estate to website content.
- Pagebanner fixes: Making sure that Vector 2022 respects {{Pagebanner}}, until a more permanent fix is developed.
- Navigation and flexibility: Making Vector 2022's UI easier to navigate.
- Recolouring and branding: Adding a lick of colour, and making Wikivoyage's and Vector 2022's UI match better.

All these are changes affecting how everyday readers see Wikivoyage, which as per last week, is the default skin here that we seemingly largely disagree with. So please, try these changes yourself, and leave us your vote. If you do not want to hassle with switching a skin and enabling custom CSS files, then you're free to judge based on this comparison page. Since this change affects the presentation of Wikivoyage as a whole, I would be delighted to see as many of you vote as possible.
